Enrollment Confirmation Notice
Approximately eight weeks before a course begins, the
names of students who are enrolled in courses are announced in an
enrollment confirmation notice which is sent to the enrolled
students, their immediate supervisors, and their training
coordinators. This notice is normally sent via E-Mail. All
personnel still in standby status for the course at this time will
be notified by E-Mail that they are not included on the final
course enrollment roster. The ADTD will also provide the NRC
Training Systems Administrator with a list of employees confirmed
for each course prior to the start of the course.
